City Council to consider legal changes to allow for planned 209-unit apartment complex


At its next meeting (agenda here) the Monrovia City Council will hold a public hearing and vote on whether to make zoning and other changes to enable the construction of the five-story, 204-unit apartment complex planned for the southwest corner of Myrtle and Olive. City staff recommends approval of the plan. Details
