A new Mediterranean restaurant called Cava, part of a nationwide chain, is planned for the former Hart House restaurant next to Panera in the Huntington Oaks Shopping Center. Really excited for this, although between this and the In N Out I'm scared for how much of a mess that parking lot is going to become.
ReplyDeleteThe exits from the sub-parking lots next to Panera and soon In N Out (onto the main exit that turns into Highway Esplanade) are horribly designed.
How so? I though In N Out put a lot of thought into the traffic pattern...
DeleteIt’s not like Cava gets regular lines out the door… I think it’ll be fine. The parking concern has existed for every single new business in town and it has never been an issue for more than a few weeks past opening day. The hype will die down, and everyone will move their concerns on to the next new business, rinse and repeat.
